Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves With Tough Game Against Allen

Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves couldn't keep up with Allen and fell 11-0 on Tuesday.

 

Allen got on the board in the top of the first inning after #1 tripled down the left field line, #18 hit a sacrifice fly, #19 singled up the middle, and #6 stole home, each scoring one run.

 

A single by #1 extended the Allen lead to 5-0 in the top of the second inning.

 

Allen extended their early lead with four runs in the top of the third thanks to RBI singles by #19, #9, and #12.

 

Ava Fuquay stepped in the circle first for Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves. The righty surrendered 12 hits and 11 runs (nine earned) over two innings, striking out four and walking two.

 

Brynley Reeves led Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves with one hit in one at bat.

 

Allen amassed 12 hits in the game. #1 went 3-for-3 at the plate and led the team with two runs batted in. #6, #7, and #19 each collected multiple hits for Allen. #7 stole two bases. Allen ran wild on the base paths, accumulating six stolen bases for the game.
