Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves Stymied By Allen

Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves had trouble keeping up with Allen in an 11-4 loss on Tuesday.
Allen got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after #8 tripled, scoring one run, #20 drew a walk, scoring one run, and #6 homered to center field, scoring three runs.
 
Allen scored three runs in the bottom of the second on a home run to left field by #19.
 
Allen added to their early lead in the bottom of the third inning when #3 doubled, scoring two runs, and a wild pitch scored one run.
 
Ava Fuquay stepped in the circle first for Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves. The starting pitcher allowed seven hits and 11 runs over one inning, striking out none and walking six.
 
Ivana Farias, Layney Conner, Chloe Chidziva, Kate Hatfield, Sadie Kilmer, and Fuquay each collected one hit for Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves. Hatfield and Kilmer each drove in two runs for Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves. Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves didn't commit a single error in the field. Ashley Tolly had the most chances in the field with two.
 
#19 led Allen with three runs batted in from the number nine spot in the lineup. #19 went 1-for-1 on the day. #6 and #7 each collected two hits for Allen. #13 led Allen with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, tallying six walks for the game. #20, #13, and #3 each stole multiple bases for Allen. Allen ran wild on the base paths, piling up 10 stolen bases for the game.
