Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves Take Lead And Never Look Back In Win Over Rock hill JV

 

Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves easily dispatched Rock hill JV on Friday, 16-0.

 

Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves got on the board in the top of the first inning after Lola Brown was struck by a pitch, Ava Fuquay grounded into a fielder's choice, Kate Hatfield walked, and Ashley Tolly walked, each scoring one run.

 

Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves added to their early lead in the top of the second inning after Sadie Kilmer doubled down the left field line, Aderes Villela walked, Brown was struck by a pitch, and Fuquay walked, each scoring one run.

 

A fielder's choice by Chloe Chidziva, a single by Kilmer, and a single by Zoe Spicer helped Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves extend their early lead in the third.

 

Emma Kesler earned the win for Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves. The pitcher allowed one hit and zero runs over two innings, striking out four and walking none. #9 took the loss for Rock hill JV. The starter went one-third of an inning, allowing 16 runs on seven hits, striking out none and walking 18. Fuquay pitched two innings of no-run ball for Plano West Junior Varsity Wolves in relief.
